We’re located above Meijer Fairfax Market and near dining, close to the freeway, and walkable to major employers and hospitals like Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve University, and only 15 minutes from Downtown Cleveland.
Do I need to bring an ID to tour the apartment?
Yes. To tour our brand new Medley Apartment homes, everyone 18 years or older must show a valid government-issued photo ID.
What’s the application fee?
The nonrefundable application fee is $75per applicant.
Is there an administrative fee?
Yes, there is a $300 nonrefundable administrative fee per apartment home.
What are your pet fees and policies?
We welcome cats and dogs. Pet fees total $350 per pet with monthly pet rent at $35. There is no charge for approved assistance animals.
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes. Through our secure Resident Portal, you can make rent payments, submit maintenance requests, and access your leasing documents at any time.
What are your income requirements for leasing an apartment?
We require verifiable income for all applicants. You’ll need to submit documentation to support any income listed on your rental application.

Definitely. Our community is located above Fairfax Market, within walking distance to several restaurants within University Circle, and just minutes from Uptown, Little Italy, and 15 minutes to downtown Cleveland. Plus, we’re steps from beautiful neighborhood trails, Wade Lagoon, and green space within University Circle.

Yes. We offer virtual tours and a fully digital leasing process so you can explore and lease your new apartment home in Cleveland from anywhere. We also offer virtual walk throughs on our website for every floor plan!
